Activity feed
Review and filter the history of everything that happened in the CRM.
Last updated September 20, 2026
The Activities page is a read-only history of CRM events such as opportunities created, stages changed, meetings scheduled, and cases resolved. Open it from Activities in the sidebar.
Filter the feed
- Search — matches the activity title or description. Search is case-sensitive.
- Activity Type — Opportunity Created, Stage Changed, Deal Closed Won, Deal Lost, Meeting Scheduled, Proposal Sent, Contact Added, Case Created, Case Escalated, Case Resolved, or Account Created.
- Entity Type — Opportunities, Meetings, Contacts, Support Cases, or Accounts.
Filters can be combined. Changing a filter takes you back to the first page of results. To remove a filter, set it back to All Types or All Entities.
Reading an activity
Each entry shows a title, a badge with the activity type, a description, how long ago it happened, who did it (when known), and the kind of record it relates to. The feed shows the newest activity first, 50 per page; use Previous and Next to move between pages.
The Activity Timeline on an individual opportunity, meeting, or case page only shows when the record was created and last updated. The full history lives on the Activities page.
