Sidebar
On desktop, the left sidebar is the main way to move around. It lists, in order:
- Dashboard — your sales overview and quick actions.
- Accounts — the companies you work with.
- Opportunities — your sales pipeline.
- Contacts — the people at your accounts.
- Meetings — scheduled and past meetings.
- Support Cases — customer issues (the page address is /cases).
- Activities — the full history of what happened in the CRM.
- Help Center — this help center.
- Users and Admin Settings — visible to admins only.
Use the button at the top of the sidebar to collapse it to icons only. Hover an icon to see its label. Your choice is remembered the next time you open the CRM.
On a phone or tablet
On small screens the sidebar is replaced by a menu button in the top-left corner. Tap it to open the navigation, and tap an item to go there. The admin-only pages (Users and Admin Settings) are not listed in the mobile menu — open them on a desktop browser.
Dark mode
Click the moon icon in the top bar to switch to dark mode; it turns into a sun icon that switches back to light mode. The CRM follows your device's setting the first time you visit and remembers your choice afterwards.
User menu
Click your avatar in the top-right corner to see your name, email, role, and whether you are an admin. From there you can open:
- Profile — update your name and avatar. See Update your profile.
- Company — company details (admins only). See Company settings.
- Log out.
Searching lists
Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Meetings, and Support Cases each have a search box above the list. Type a term and click Search; click Clear to return to the full list. Lists are always ordered newest first — there are no sort controls.
