Pipeline metrics explained
How Total Opportunities, Pipeline Value, Weighted Value, and Win Rate are calculated.
Last updated September 20, 2026
Four cards at the top of the Opportunities page summarize your pipeline. They are calculated live from your opportunities.
| Metric | How it is calculated |
|---|---|
| Total Opportunities | The number of all opportunities, including closed ones. |
| Pipeline Value | The sum of the deal value of all opportunities. |
| Weighted Value | The sum of each deal's value multiplied by its probability. A $50,000 deal at 40% contributes $20,000. |
| Win Rate | Closed Won deals divided by all closed deals (Closed Won + Closed Lost). Shows 0% until at least one deal is closed. |
Example
With 6 deals Closed Won and 2 Closed Lost, the Win Rate is 6 ÷ (6 + 2) = 75%. Open deals do not affect the Win Rate.
You can also ask the AI assistant "What's my total pipeline value?" or "Summarize my sales pipeline" to get these numbers, including the value in each stage.
