Pipeline views: Kanban and Table
Switch between the Kanban board and the table, show closed deals, and search your pipeline.
Last updated September 20, 2026
The Opportunities page can show your pipeline as a Kanban board or as a Table. Use the two view buttons in the Search & Filter card to switch. Kanban is the default.
Kanban view
- One column per open stage: Discovery, Qualified, Proposal, and Negotiation.
- Each column header shows the number of deals and their total value.
- Each card shows the deal name, account, value, probability, time to close, and owner.
- Click a card to open the opportunity.
Show closed deals
Closed deals are hidden on the Kanban board by default. Click Show Closed to add the Closed Won and Closed Lost columns; the number on the button tells you how many closed deals there are. Click Hide Closed to hide them again.
Table view
The table lists every opportunity, open and closed, with these columns: Opportunity Name, Account, Value, Stage, Probability, Close Date, and Owner. Click the opportunity name or View to open it, or the account name to open the account.
Close date indicators
| Indicator | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Overdue by 5d | The close date passed 5 days ago and the deal is still open. |
| Closes today | The close date is today. |
| 12d to close / 12d remaining | There are 12 days until the close date. |
Search opportunities
Type in Search opportunities... and click Search. Search matches the opportunity name, the owner, and the account name, so searching for a company shows all of its deals. Click Clear to reset.
